Next, add four blended tomatoes, two green chilies, one teaspoon of red chili powder, ½ teaspoon of crushed black pepper, salt to taste, and continue cooking. Stir well and let the mixture cook until the oil begins to separate and the chicken is tender. Finish with ½ teaspoon of garam masala and garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
